How to use at home
One or two crushed raw cloves in the morning, or cooked generously in food; the classical Lashuna Ksheerapaka simmers garlic in milk for nerve and joint complaints.
Typical safe range: 1-2 fresh cloves daily
Precautions: Blood-thinning — stop heavy use a week before surgery and take care with anticoagulants. Reduce in high Pitta, acidity and bleeding tendencies. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
