How to use at home
Add a quarter to half teaspoon to warm water, tea or food daily; simmer a stick in milk for a warming night drink.
Typical safe range: 1-3 g bark powder daily
Precautions: Prefer true (Ceylon) cinnamon for daily use; cassia in large amounts strains the liver (coumarin). Reduce in high Pitta. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
