How to use at home
A rice-grain to pea-sized amount of purified resin dissolved in warm milk or water, once daily in courses.
Typical safe range: 250-500 mg purified daily
Precautions: Purity is everything — raw shilajit carries heavy-metal risk; buy only lab-tested, purified brands. Avoid in gout and high uric acid. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
