How to use at home
Add a teaspoon of leaf powder to smoothies, dals or warm water daily; cook fresh pods and leaves as vegetables.
Typical safe range: 2-5 g leaf powder daily
Precautions: Leaf is very safe; avoid root and bark in pregnancy. Heating — reduce in high Pitta. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
