How to use at home
Massage warm Bhringraj oil into the scalp two or three times a week and leave for an hour before washing; the fresh juice or powder is taken internally under guidance.
Typical safe range: 2-4 g powder daily; oil external
Precautions: Internal use in high doses can be strong on the stomach — start small. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
