How to use at home
Fry a small pinch in ghee at the start of cooking dals and vegetables; a pinch in warm water for acute gas; paste around (not on) the navel for infants.
Typical safe range: 125-250 mg (a pinch) with food
Precautions: Always use cooked/fried, never raw on an empty stomach in quantity. Reduce in high Pitta and pregnancy beyond food amounts. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
