How to use at home
One to two teaspoons of castor oil in warm milk or ginger tea at bedtime for constipation (occasional use); warm oil massage over stiff joints.
Typical safe range: 5-10 ml oil, occasional; external freely
Precautions: A purgative — not for daily internal use, pregnancy, or abdominal pain of unknown cause. Seeds themselves are toxic; use only the oil. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
