How to use at home
Take 1-2 tablespoons of fresh inner gel or pure juice on an empty stomach; apply the gel directly on irritated skin.
Typical safe range: 10-20 ml juice daily
Precautions: Avoid the yellow latex layer (strong purgative). Avoid internal use in pregnancy and diarrhoea. Always inform your physician about herbs you take alongside prescribed medicines, and never stop prescriptions on your own.
